Terms of use

SPC Sports is a Brawl Stars player community and club that provides an informational website and a private area for invited members. Access is free and does not involve buying a product or guarantee a permanent place, competitive level, prizes or participation in events.

SPC Sports is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by Supercell. Brawl Stars and related assets belong to their respective owners.

• You may register only with a valid invitation issued by the club.
• You must provide accurate information, use an email address you can access and link a Brawl Stars tag that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use.
• You must be at least 14 years old. If you are 14 to 17, you state that you have permission from a parent or guardian where required.
• You may not create accounts to impersonate another person, evade a sanction or automate access.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions carried out through your account. You must contact hello@spcsports.site if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may close sessions, request a password change or temporarily restrict access where necessary to protect the member, the community or the platform.

When participating in SPC Sports, you agree to:

• Treat other members and the administration team with respect.
• Not harass, threaten or discriminate, disclose another person’s personal data, or publish illegal, sexual, violent or harmful content, especially where minors are affected.
• Not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate matches or engage in activity that breaches Brawl Stars and Supercell rules.
• Not attack the website, attempt to access unauthorised accounts or areas, introduce malicious code, overload services or interfere with their operation.
• Not use the SPC Sports name, logo or channels to claim official representation without permission.

Roles organise permissions and responsibilities within the club. The administration may change them where needed for the community to operate.

If rules are breached, a security risk exists or there is a reasonable organisational need, we may remove content, close sessions, impose a temporary ban or delete an account. Temporary bans will show their end date and time. Measures will be proportionate to the circumstances.

You may request a review by writing to hello@spcsports.site. A review does not automatically suspend the measure.

The player profile is obtained from external services using the public Brawl Stars tag. We do not guarantee that this data will always be available, up to date or error-free.

The website includes optional links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Supercell and other services. Opening them takes you to an independent platform with its own terms, policies and age requirements.

The SPC Sports design, original texts, code, identity and materials are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without permission.

If an authorised account publishes a notice, image or link, it states that it has the necessary rights and grants SPC Sports non-exclusive permission to display it on the website and club channels. We will remove infringing content after receiving a sufficiently detailed notice.

Brawl Stars and Supercell names, marks, images and content remain the property of their owners and are used under the applicable fan content policy.

We try to keep the website secure and available, but it may be affected by maintenance, errors, lost connections or provider outages. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

SPC Sports is not liable for decisions, content or damage attributable to external platforms or for use of an account contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory legal rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may request account closure or use the options available in your account. Deletion will close sessions and remove the linked profile, without affecting data that must remain restricted to meet legal, security or claims requirements.

We may change these terms to reflect changes to the service, community or law. Material changes will require a new acceptance before you continue using the private area.

Spanish law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by applicable law, while respecting any mandatory jurisdiction for consumers and users.
